As a sugar substitute
Blend pitted dates with water to make date paste. Use 1:1 wherever a recipe calls for white sugar — baking, smoothies, energy balls, sauces, raw desserts.

Pre-workout
2–3 dates 30 minutes before training. Fast-access natural glucose and potassium. Nothing synthetic.

Post-workout
2–3 dates with a protein source within 30 minutes. Replenishes glycogen and replaces potassium lost through sweat.
