DELIVERY FEES

Dubai

Same-day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 3:00 PM (Except Sunday & Public Holidays):

Order value below AED 200 = AED 35
Order value above AED 200 = AED 20

Next-day delivery in Dubai for orders placed after 3:00 PM

Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Sharjah, RAK, Dubai

Next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Except Sunday & Public Holidays):

Order value above AED 200 = Free Delivery
Order value below AED 200 = AED 25

*Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered in 2 business days time.

DELIVERY TIMINGS

We try our best to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible and will ensure that it is delivered within a maximum of 2 working days.
Orders placed on Sundays & Public Holidays, will be delivered in 2 business days time.

Cut off time for order placements :

  • Same day delivery (Dubai Only) - 3:00PM
  • Next day delivery (Dubai & all other Emirates) - 1:00PM

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 12 hours of delivery. Since the products involved are food items, claims made beyond this timeframe will not be considered valid in accordance with our Company Food Safety Policies. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

We accept return requests, subject to approval, in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The review process may take 3-5 days to complete, depending on the nature of the case. In such instances, we will provide a suitable replacement for the customer.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
